You may actually be taking enough magnesium, but your body may not be able to absorb (hold) it. Prior to supplementing, I strongly encourage you to find a naturopath who uses biofeedback. Go find out if you are indeed deficient, and if you are find out why! You must determine the cause of the deficiency in order to rectify it. If your deficiency is not due to diet alone, then supplementation alone will NOT help you.
