Also please note that GMO free does not translate to healthful. Sugar sweetened treats and some treats are totally nutritionally devoid. You can buy organic wheat flour, but wheat products organic or not, will spike blood sugar and contributes to insulin resistance (in our opinion). (In our opinion), wheat free and GMO free is the way to go, but if you are going to consume unhealthy foods, at least consume the GMO free ones!
